If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
